DOES IT NEED A BATTERY OR DO I HAVE TO CHARGE IT?

No. The e-ink display maintains the image indefinitely without consuming any power. It only needs a small amount of current at the exact moment the image changes, and that power is drawn from your iPhone's NFC field. No battery, no cable, nothing to plug in.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CHANGE THE IMAGE?

About 15 seconds. You bring your iPhone close to the case, select the photo in the app, and voilà: your case is new. No need to remove it, no need to reset anything. You can change it as many times as you want, without limit.


WHAT HAPPENS TO THE IMAGE IF MY PHONE TURNS OFF?

Nothing happens. The image remains on the case even if the phone is off, out of battery, or even if you remove the case from the iPhone. The e-ink "prints" the image on the screen and keeps it there until you decide to change it.


IS IT COMPATIBLE WITH ALL IPHONE MODELS? 

The MoodCase is compatible with iPhone 13, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, iPhone 14, 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max, iPhone 15, 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16, 16 Pro, and 16 Pro Max. For models earlier than 13 and later than 16, the NFC antenna is located in a different area of the phone, which prevents image transfer to the case's screen. If you have one of these models, MoodCase will not function correctly. Before purchasing, check your model in Settings → General → About.
